"My husband and I happened into an open house that Jeremie was hosting over a year ago. My husband's job had us relocating to Washington from California. We really had no idea what area's to begin our search when looking for our next home. We were renting an apartment local to his office while we scoured the areas. On top of that we needed to sell a home in California that was currently being rented and the lease was not up until July of 2018, then the market softened a bit so it took longer than expected to sell. I knew right away when meeting Jeremie that he was the realtor for us! There was some work that needed to be done and he provided valuable referrals for that work as well.
